For starters the legal fees for Real Estate are around $600 higher than the top rated firms in Regina. Marc Kelly received instructions from our lender with enough time which included an extra condition. He didn't communicate this at all. Only 5 days prior taking possession, he touched based with me after I inquired with my broker and we only noticed that extra condition thanks to the email thread that he used to advise he was out of the country. His lack of professionalism and considerably higher rates is why I won't recommend them.

I can't speak of their legal ability because they couldn't be bothered to get back to me to book an appointment for a consultation. They said 2 days, it's been 4. Pretty sure I don't want to leave anything important in their hands.
