I would highly recommend Alex Deacon. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He was very efficient in working through my paperwork. I have had other lawyers who kept me waiting for months to get what I needed but Alex was very timely and I didn’t have to wait at all. He had excellent knowledge of what legal steps were required and he was able to advise me as to the risks that I might be undertaking.

First off this review is only about one of the lawyers there. It would only be one star but the manager was excellent and he intervened and made things right. I won't say his name but there is one lawyer there that was all good about taking my (immigration) case and told me everything was going to be just great even though he knew damn well he couldn't do anything for me. But that's not the worst part. At the beginning, he was attentive for the first day or so, but then he didn't bother contacting me except for maybe one email, then there was nothing. I called and emailed him many many times with no avail. So watch yourself when you go here don't give a big deposit because it's tough to get it back. I tried three or four times to get my money back from this one lawyer just avoided me so I talked to the manager and he was excellent. He helped me out and got me in my deposit back. I hope that you can learn from my mistake and make sure your lawyer is doing his job. Even though you shouldn't have to because lawyers are supposed to be ethical...

Alex Deacon has represented me three times for divorce and property. He always comes through for me in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. He is very reachable, always makes you feel like you are important in his schedule, and is extremely easy to talk to. I would reccomend Alex to any of my friends and family.

I had a meeting with one of the federal representatives but he also represents for other types of cases. So had my meeting and he agreed to represent me but never came to court to represent me so I got a warrant against me. I had not had telephone messages or emails returned for a year and a half I really don’t understand how this could be an oversight when messages and emails can track communication attempts. Is this really how we are to expect “professionalism” from our top level lawyers in Regina now.... the standards have really gotten so bent and yet still acceptable in the court system. Absolutely no accountability what do ever!!!

Deirdre Brandt needs to hear court recordings of her pleading a case and count how many time she says UMMMM and how loud she says it. 😂
The poor judge and everyone in the courtroom were appalled by everything she was saying for over an hour and no one paid attention after her first 20 UMMMMS. 🙄

Recently went to this firm seeking a family law lawyer.. I can honestly say I wish I had done more research on who to represent me. Not naming names but I had a jr lawyer and he was as disorganized as they come..I looked up reviews after I had my doubts on his competence and there’s not a single good review about him. I would sometimes have to correct him because what he was saying made absolutely no sense. It took him over a month to file very important paperwork and adjourned my court date four times, one of the four it was the other lawyer who had a family emergency. I never had proper communication took him days to respond to an email, and he didn’t overly seem interested in the case more so more interested in what I could pay and how fast I could pay it. I will definitely not being going back to this firm. Aside from the incompetence of the jr lawyer the staff were very unprofessional and very disorganized.. I found it odd for a law firm to have no organization. I will not be referring anyone to this firm and especially will make sure no one in a family law crisis goes to the lawyer I had. Thank you

Phoned and phoned and phoned and left message after message. Didn't return my calls. I have a warranty issue with a car company, i guess they don't want this kind of business. My family has used a lawyer in this firm for many years, i guess we/I aren't the type of customer they are looking for.
