It was a very good interaction for me having my taxes done by Joann, while I was married . Once the separation and divorce process happend she was no longer concerned about helping me or giving me advice of what I was able to claim , especially when it was my opportunity to claim the kids on my taxes. Very bad experience ,left me super dissipointed .

I had Eugene at Saveway prepare my tax return for years and was always very happy. He applied the 60. fee toward the following years income tax filing. It was a nice perk.
This is no longer and the fee has increased. So today i saw a gentleman there who prepared my tax return. I felt disregarded sitting in that office. My financial situation has changed and had questions concerning the amount owing and reasons for it. He did not take the time to give a proper explanation and became very short tempered. I understand the service does not entail financial planning; i was asking for a reasonable explanation and felt that was fair, given the reason i was there. So in light of this i will not return to Saveway Tax in future years. My hope is that this tax accountant will take my words into consideration and change his attitude

Saveway Tax Services is a phenomenal company to deal with. I moved out of province over 10 years ago and still have Joann file my returns. There is no one I trust more with my tax preparation and filing. If they don't have the answer to your questions, they take the time to research and make sure they provide the right answer. The process is simple, easy and straightforward with Saveway. To top it off, they are personable and always friendly.
