Talked to someone more than a month ago about doing my late mother’s income tax, had the nicest conversation with a male that answered the phone, he told me they could do her taxes no problem! Told me what I needed to make it easier. I have been waiting for all my mother’s tax receipts to come. Finally got the last one this week. Called this business and asked if they take appointments, I was told GOOD LUCK! In a rude manner, not taking new clients, . This place was recommended to me! Don’t know how it goes from yes then to good luck. She could have said I am really sorry but at this time we are not taking new clients! Thanks for nothing!

Me and my late husband have been going to Normanview Income Tax for many years. James always helped us file our taxes. He always did an amazing job and was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Edward has now taken over and I can't say enough good things about him. He is also very kind and knowledgeable and is very patient explaining things to me and has went above and beyond. I appreciate and am very thankful for both of these guys. I can't say enough good things about this business. Would highly recommend. And is very affordable. If I could give more stars I would.

Best place to get your taxes done hands down. First time filler, I had multiple years to file and previously had troubles filling at H&R in the past so I was nervous about doing my taxes. Edward was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. He made the experience completely stress free and was able to answer all of my questions and get everything done very fast!
