It is unfortunate that I need to write a negative review for a medical clinic. It is understandable that staff and patients are under a lot of stress in these trying times. As an individual who has chronic pain and needs to see a physician frequently (my medical file reflects this), I should not have been spoken to the way I was on 31 January 2024. I have made an appointment which is 6 weeks waiting period. I went in today to see if they could run a routine test and have my doctor look at the results and fax my pharmacy a prescription if needed. The receptions spoke to me rudely and told me there was nothing that they could do. Other than to inform me that my physician is out of the clinic for a few weeks she did nothing other than upset and make me feel unheard. She could have offered other options, like seeing another available physician, a walk-in clinic, at the very least running a routine test and if there is need for medication referring it to another in clinic physician.

There are some really good doctors here. But when it comes to making an appointment; There is certain ladies that answer the phone, that are not the most pleasant to talk to. They always give you attitude when making an appointment. Guess what, no one loves going to the doctor, and the phone call to make the appointment doesn't make it any better. Sorry, but this hasn't changed in over 10 years!!
