La chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée avec des morceaux de bacon, des pois d’animaux (sûrement de chien) par terre. Nous avons même retrouvé un cure-dent usagé près de la table de nuit ! Nous avons demandé le lendemain à ce que le ménage soit fait et finalement rien n’avait changé le soir. Pour 250CAD la nuit c’est inacceptable !

Nous avons dormi 2 nuits à Pincher Creek. L'accueil est sympathique. La chambre était grande et avait vue sur le champs d'éoliennes. La chambre est propre, vous pouvez choisir entre les oreillers firm ou soft. La literie est bonne. Cet hotel est calme, aucun bruit de l'exterieur. Le petit déjeuner est dans une salle un peu petite mais le monsieur qui s'en occupe à coeur de tout mettre à disposition du sucré et du salé. Bravo pour son travail. La piscine est très bien pour les enfants , elle a un toboggan aquatique. Le wifi gratuit fonctionne bien. Venez au Ramada Inn pour visiter le Parc de Waterton

We had a wonderful, convenient & relaxing stay. We felt very welcomed. The staff are kind and helpful. We greatly appreciated Talia, who's extremely very helpful. She saved and gave me relief from the prob I had with the other hotel. Talia patiently found a perfect room and accommodated us with our dogs, extended her help by giving us a good per night room rate. Thank you so much 🙂

We stayed for 3 nights July long weekend 2025. Our room was very comfortable. This hotel has an elevator making it convenient to get to our room on the 3rd floor. The king bed and extra sink were nice. Breakfast was good, although it was busy due to the holiday. We would return.

I stayed here with my dad while road-tripping to Saskatchewan (exotic, I know). I've stayed in quite a few hotels/motels in the past, but this one stood out to me.||All staff members I interacted with were phenomenal, from the breakfast crew to the front desk staff (both night and day) to the housekeepers. This hotel might be aimed at a family friendly budget, but the customer service was 5 star!

The hotel was nice and clean , our stay was for a week. The microwave didn’t work upon arrival , took me twice to ask and 2 days later they replaced it. I wouldn’t have cared it if I wasn’t staying for a week.
The room keys hardly ever worked , constantly had to go to the front desk to get them fixed, which there was hardly ever anyone there during the day , the evening wasn’t so bad. But come to find out both girls at the front desk go for a smoke break at the same time .
Breakfast was good , when the food was replenished, a few mornings it was pretty bare , and had to wait for the staff to refill . A little too busy socializing with the front desk staff , and very loud .
Had good and bad experience with the housekeeping, one lady was great ! Made sure the coffee was restocked and even left some dish soap cause she noticed I had dishes in the sink . Another day , different person , did the bare minimum,.

Great customer service!! Jared help us check in and got us all set up. We did how ever went back and asked him if they had a king bed room available. Jared was very accommodating and switched us to that room with no questions asked. We stayed for three days and the rooms were clean comfortable. Also the food was great and staff was always asking to if they can assist in anyway.

I booked a room with a kitchenette but was told on arrival that these rooms are only available on the ground floor. My 12-year-old was scared to stay on the ground floor, so we were moved to a standard two-bedroom instead. The front desk said there was no compensation for the downgrade. He said he was giving someone else a free upgrade and someone had to pay for it. For two nights the cost was $726. In hindsight we would have been better off staying elsewhere. It’s unbelievably terrible customer service.
