Called to get our wills redone after they did them the first time. Had to follow up twice and no one ever followed up to book an appointment. Have done a few transactions with Doug Turner he is great. Winter and team are asleep at the wheel and don’t have it together. When Winter took over the business went waaay down hill. Upon proofing the will Winter supplied originally there were all kinds of mistakes. Still waiting for an appointment over 2 months since I called. Try to keep the business in Uxbridge but no point. Save yourself the trouble and go to Morra Caruso Law in Stouffville. They actually have upgraded technology that ensures the documents are correct before you do your first review. Great team super responsive, knowledgeable and detailed.

I have taken a lot of time to think of my review. I’ve used them for several transactions. All straight forward and smooth. Until the last transaction that wasn’t smooth from a seller, to me, the buyer. I did not feel supported, in the loop, or as if my interests were protected. I needed to follow up and advocate for myself. So my recommendation would be if it’s simple then it’s likely fine, but if it’s complicated or has a few wrinkles, then I would suggest finding another option to assist you through it. No acceptance of errors or issues or apologies for lack of communication or support.
