Contacted them to possible start a small claims matter, started off with a letter of intent. Initial response was within 30 mins. Then after the letter was sent off the time went to 24 hours for a response. Received a email on a Friday that she got a response and we can discuss Monday. I replied to that email and then I had emailed Saturday forwarding some details so that we could discuss on Monday. Monday comes around no response, which is okay people get busy. I let most of Tuesday go by waiting for a response, I sent a follow up email at 2:22pm and no response still.
