Superb service- highly recommended. Cyril was very accomodating and prompt to reply to my inquiries. I needed a notary service as soon as possible and he was considerate to arrange it the same day I called the office. Had a problem with my documents again after a few hours, reached out for help and was kind to schedule me early the following day to get it done without additional cost (which is really a big help for students like me). He's kind and knows what needs to get done but on 2 occasions I went to his office, once to drop off a draft for my purchase and the other to pickup my proceeds from the sale of my home, and there was no one at the office both times. Being a full time working wife and mother, I don't have time to be going back in the middle of the day. Both times I was there between 9-9:45am but he doesn't seem to have "hours of operation". So, if you're going to use his services I would recommend calling ahead to arrange a time to pick up or drop off, he says to pop in whenever but this didn't work out well for me.
