I recently moved from Toronto to Atholville. I was worried about having a place to live once I arrived. I reached out to Eileen Fairbairn and she reassured me that she would find me a great home. Since I was still in Toronto, she did virtual video calls with me. She was amazing and took as long as needed so I could see every detail. She opened cupboards, looked under sinks, walked around the property, and viewed every window. I joked and called her, inspector Eileen, lol. She has a can do attitude, and brings honesty and integrity to the table. If you buy a house from her, you can count on knowing as much information as possible. In a business driven culture, it is sometimes hard to trust. I trusted Eileen 100% and that

I am a bit late on this review I've been wanting to write. But late is better than never!

I was presented with a once in a lifetime work opportunity, but it also gave me next to no time to find a place to live. I was making the biggest move in my life - moving from Wasaga Beach Ontario, to Dalhousie, New Brunswick! I was looking at all options (renting and buying) I was told by a couple realtors that it would not be doable in my timeframe, but I knew I just needed to find someone willing to put in the work.
And that someone I found indeed and couldn't have been happier.

Eileen went above and beyond for me right from the get go. Giving me video tours of the homes I was interested in, looking at EVERYTHING just as if she was the one going to be purchasing. She was very professional and always quick on her response time.
Eileen met all my inspectors and took care of everything that I couldn't due to the fact of being in a different province. She even helped me plan my route to drive here as well as ensured I got into my new home with enough time to quarantine and start my job on time.
During our two week quarantine Eileen took the time out of her busy days to check up on us to ensure we didn't need anything, and even spoiled us with Tim Hortons on occasion.

Needless to say, the crazy experience of buying my FIRST home in a completely different Province could not have gone smoother and for that I am forever thankful to Eileen.

11/10 recommend Eileen for any of your real-estate needs in the area!
