Our family has been using Payless Income Tax since 2013 and we all highly recommend Marc. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive. Just this month, I had a tax adjustment request that had a time-sensitive deadline. Even though Marc was away from the office, he immediately responded to my request for “help” and took care of everything perfectly, efficiently and well within the deadline. It doesn’t matter when you call Marc, he is always available and always courteous. He makes everything stress free and his prices are very fair. He is definitely 5 stars all the way! I can't recommend Marc enough as an accountant. Back in 2022, I was at a crossroads with my previous accountant, who just wasn’t providing the support I needed for my business and personal life. I was pregnant, struggling with a towing business, and drowning in paperwork and documentation. It was a stressful time, and I needed someone who could help me with more than just taxes.

I reached out to Marc late one night—around 9 PM—thinking there was no way anyone would answer. But Marc did. He spent over two hours on the phone with me, reassured me that he could help with not only my taxes but all the other documentation and guidance I desperately needed. From that moment on, Marc became more than just an accountant; he became a friend.

Over the next year, Marc was there through so much of my life. He even met my grandmother, and when my grandfather passed away suddenly at the end of 2022, Marc was there, helping me navigate it all. One of the most amazing things he did was convince me to go back to school. I had dropped out when I was 16, and I didn’t think I could ever return. But Marc believed in me, took me to a school, and we signed up together. His support never wavered. He was always pushing me to reach for higher wages and better opportunities.

What truly sets Marc apart is the way he cared about my life, not just my finances. He was excited to see pictures of my kids and would always check in to make sure things were going well. He truly went above and beyond for me and my family.

Marc has been a blessing, and I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done. If you're looking for an accountant who is more than just a number cruncher, Marc is the one you need.
