This is a honest and true review. I know Mr. Chhina since 2007 because of my Dad when we bought our first house. Mr. Chhina offers Immigration Law, Family Law and Real estate Law and more. Mr. Chhina and colleagues (Irvin) listen to needs and give best advice. We are so happy for their services. If you or anyone looking for any Law service then I would recommend this Law firm 100%. Worst customer service would be an understatement for this firm!!! The receptionist told me she will call me back to schedule an appointment for my immigration purposes, but I never received a call. You cannot call them on your own, they will just ignore you saying we will callback but no one actually does. I can only assume how much potential clients they loose just because of their unprofessionalism, lack of commitment and their disgusting foundation of trust and reliability. Their website won’t work either so you can’t even email them!! I don’t see why you tag yourself as “Top 3 immigration lawyers” because your way of dealing with people is HORRIBLE!!!
