John helped my husband and I sell our old home and purchase a new home. He was pleasant, efficient and always quick to respond to any emails. We didn't have much time between the accepted offer and possession date and Jon ensured everything was taken care of appropriately and correctly. He dealt with the bank when they were not easy to deal with. There was also an issue the day before posession and he got it sorted out and ensured we got the keys to our new home on possession day. He also helped me with some documentation I needed notarized. I called on a Monday morning and he made me an appointment ro come in the next day.
