Orest Suchy is the meanest, most rude and most unpleasant lawyer I’ve ever met. I don’t know if it’s because I am using legal aid (though I have to pay it all back) that he talks to me so rude. But he treated me so terrible. I have dropped him as my lawyer and we haven’t even started dealing with my matter. He wanted all my old court records, even before retaining him as my lawyer I have been trying to get in contact with the courthouse outside of the city where my court records were to access them. I was having a really hard time doing so. As I was never getting calls back. So he said he was going to be at the courthouse and would do it while he was there. this was early January. I called him today to see if he had any luck getting a hold of them and if he didn’t, I told him that I would escalate it. The moment he came on the phone he was already over talking me very aggressive and just talking to me like I was such an inconvenience. I told him I would contact the courthouse myself and escalated in hopes of getting them. So I now called him back, I was trying to let him know that I spoke to a supervisor at the courthouse and that she told me they would have the court documents to us by the end of the day tomorrow. I was literally calling to tell him that and to see if we could set up a meeting for a few weeks time (to give him time to review). The moment I got on the phone with him and he heard my name he said (first he said my name) then said “I can’t be doing this with you” “I’m so busy. “ it’s your choice if you want to use me or not make up your mind” And went on a total rant. I was so caught off guard and so blind sided. I didn’t know that the courthouse had called him and spoke to him and told him that they were sending them tomorrow after I spoke to them. he went on this big rant. he is extremely rude, and he is just flat out mean. Just mean. I have not able to ask him any questions. I was trying to ask him about some expenses. I tried asking him earlier today when I called about checking the status of my file, some questions about what I can and cannot ask for one going to Court so I can have everything ready. He was just mean and just talking to me, was so much aggression and kept referring me to the Internet. I am not paying the Internet to answer my legal questions. I’m literally paying you to answer my legal question pertaining to this case. The shouting at me, the over talking, the absolute aggression, not answering even one of my questions, not even one question was answered. Orest you are a very big disgrace to the standard that should be set for lawyers here in Manitoba. Thank God I was smart enough to record our second conversation, after knowing how terribly rude you were on the first conversation. I’ll be speaking with legal aid Manitoba, as well as the law Society of Manitoba. just because I’m using legal aid, doesn’t mean I should be treated like garbage. I am not getting a lawyer for free. I am paying absolutely every penny back. I deserve fair/quality service from you. Any question I had tried to ask you, you cut me off literally two words in every time and I was not able to ask you even one question. You kept answering questions. I did not ask and kept aggressively, shouting and over talking me.

Galareh not very good. She wouldn't give me a chance to speak. She doesn't know what she's talking about at all.

Please don't waste your time and money on this firm. Especially if your trying to get your daughter back home.
