Wow 1/5 stars! I'm sure people would have rated it lower if that was an option. The evaluators and court guides at this place makes their recommendations by accessing parties court documents before they even start the case. Which means if you left out all your dirty laundry in your court submissions and focused on your child but your ex/their lawyer didn't, then you and your kids are screwed. Steer clear.

Please shut this place down and stop wasting tax payers money. The staff is miserable, the clients are miserable, the place is serving no purpose.

It took over one month of back and forth emails to end up achieving nothing since the staff believed multiple emails is more efficient than a 5 minute phone call.

Very bias towards men. Complete waste of time. I would not recommend this route to any man seeking any kind of custody arrangement. Get a lawyer.
