Hi, ich habe eine sehr teure Klima Anlage aus diesem Laden gekauft und leider passt die bei mir nicht so wollte ich sie zurück bringen oder auf eine fester Klima eintauschen. Da sagte mir der Eigentümer, wir nehmen keine sachen zurück und auch nicht tauschen und sagte er es ist mein Laden und meine Gesetze. Habe immer viel geld da gelassen aber ab letzte woche nie wieder.
Hi, I bought a very expensive air conditioner from this store, and unfortunately, it doesn't fit my needs, so I wanted to return it or exchange it for a fixed air conditioner. The owner told me they don't take returns or exchanges, and he said it's my store and my rules. I've always left a lot of money there, but since last week, I've never returned it.

Whoever made the prices are "ON the rails".

Example: I found a brand new executive leather office chair with all the options still sealed in the box. The MSRP is $1389. I've seen it online at office retailers for $895 and found it on Amazon for $689. I paid $187.50 after being given an additional 25% discount off the already low price.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the owner! The boxed chair was a little heavy and he picked it up and brought it out to my van! That's what I call SERVICE!

Save money while getting great service and shop here! New and different inventory arrives every week so there's always new stuff to see!

Note: The owner told me that not everything comes from Costco. Even so, who wants to drive 90 minutes + 130km to Winnipeg let alone pay for a membership that could only pay if going to Winnipeg often enough? Not me! And, I'm supporting a local business that hires local employees.

As an indigenous woman, with visible tattoos even being a repeat customer I was followed by a red head lady who watched me between shelves and treated me like a thief. I had previously spent thousands here since moving to the area. Racism is disgusting as is any business that thinks it’s ok. I actually recorded my confrontation with the woman who offered no apology and had a smug smirk on her face so I think I’ll be uploading that video to the internet

Biggest ripoff. You would think you would find good deals here. They charge you 28 bucks for pellets. You will find the same size bag at Costco for $18.

We ended up getting a faulty battery for an implement that we bought here. The owner was very polite and gave me a new one in exchange. Great costumer service! It would be good to test all product and be sure they work but that is hard without opening all boxes and bags. Sometimes these things happen. Some reviewers should keep in mind that you would not save money if you made a special trip to Winnipeg just to go to Costco.

Don’t buy anything here.. biggest mistake!
Bought item, half of the box was missing, even though the box looked like new.
They told me figure it out myself and find the company online to ask, (they couldn’t even tell me which company to call) never experienced such a bad service before .

I told them that I (mom) opened the box with my little one. And things were missing! Please be honest here..
