It's a great company. I came here on recommendation, and I'm close to work. Employee Maria was very polite, and she helped me quickly. Even though she was about to close the office, I came late, but she still accepted me.
I have to change my review and rating, Maria helped me file a tax return, when I gave her my ID, she forgot to indicate my apartment number in my account. When I did not wait for a response from the tax office, I went to her again, and we changed my information in the account, and added the apartment number. But now a month has passed, and I still have not received my check with a tax refund. I tried to call the tax office by phone, but without knowledge of the language it is very difficult to do, there is no live operator except a robot who could help me. There is no help in the chat on the CRA website either. All these problems could have been avoided if everything was done without mistakes from the beginning. I do not want to spoil the reputation of this company, it is just a human factor, in the end, why did I come here, I did not receive in full, so I change my rating to 3 stars, I'm sorry.
