Fill out a Power of Attorney and wanted him to notarize it with both my father's and my consent. Parmar would not use our filled out form (provide by BC Government website). He would only do it if he could fill it out and ask his questions to my father. I allowed him to ask my father questions but he soon started to bully my father into areas that he did not want to discuss. He advised me that he would charge $250 for his service.
Given the tactics that he was employing we left and went to Sherry Anderson and there it to 5 minutes with only a couple of questions asked and we were charged $50 for the service.

This guy is honest, thorough, and generous. He was so helpful when I needed conveyancing documents completed early. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants an important job done right.

Not a professional bone in his body. He does not return calls, emails or faxes and his language and manner are grossly inappropriate for a professional field. Personally had to listen to him cussing out a client for 10 minutes. Completely disrespectful of anyone in a position less than his own.

The only guy who picked up the phone at 3pm and gave a reasonable price. Apparently signing a photocopy is worth $50 each. Crazy. Speedy service and fair.

Rude man. Doesnt like if you ask a question about important paperwork. Yells and hangs up. Wish they had negative stars. And yes I called back and voiced my displeasure.
