I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional accountant. This accountant does not care about his clients, and just wants the job done quickly. He came back with an attitude when I asked a minor question about my tax return. It is the accountant’s duty to request any missing documentation or information, I should not have to scrutinize the forms. He made a mistake on my tax return forms and I had to request for a revision. If a person with zero tax return knowledge requested tax return with this accountant, that person would have been bombarded with huge amounts of tax oweing due to the accountant’s carelessness and lack of communication.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS ACCOUNTANT

My experience was deeply disappointing. The accountant came across as highly unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked a straightforward question about my tax return, he responded that explaining things to clients was “annoying.” This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Rather than taking the time to ensure accuracy or clarity, he seemed more focused on simply taking money. If you’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and takes client service seriously, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I used him many years for my small business but he was not happy almost always and seemed greedy, When I asked to update my address after move, he refused saying.... it's annoying. And then he got a letter from CRA but didn't even tell me when I never received it cuz he didn't update my address. He didn't update my address for months and plus didn't even let CRA know his client-me- moved and did not receive the letter.
I had to go through a lot to fix all those issues since I didn't respond in time to CRA. I still can't believe this happened to me because of my accountant's procrastination and unprofessionalism.
Even worse, this month I got a notice from CRA again since I missed 2 old cheques. It was also because he didn't update my address at the time. He didn't do it because only it was ANNOYING to him.
Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL..... And he NEVER apologised!!!!
