I've gone through many accountants for my business. Aciris is the only firm that was able to deliver timely and competently. I'm able to have peace of mind knowing that the partners would take care of all my tax needs. I can now continue working on my business, spend time with my friends and family, while not having to worry about filing. The people working here seems to genuinely care about their clients unlike the other firms I've visited. As a tough critic, Aciris has exceeded my expectations. Price wise, they aren't cheap. I've been seeing Aciris for more than 5 yrs. great people and they know what they are guys doing. Provides good advice, retirement planing, tax planing etc tax related issues...having Aciris Review my taxes was the best decision I have ever made. They take the longest time to respond. I have been trying to get a status for my taxes filed in 2021 since I haven't any response from CRA but I have not been able to get any answers. Everytime I call I am told I will hear back soon but nobody gets back. If they are that busy they need to be professional atleast and get back if not the same day, atleast in the same month!! Very disappointed
