Don’t know if they have just had a bad week or what but 3 interactions 1 Tuesday Aug 27 and 2 on Aug 29 they were very rude. I just needed something notarized to get my birth certificate. Will be driving to Victoria/ Nanaimo rather than ever give them my buisness

Zero Stars!!! DO NOT use this notary. Does not practice due diligence nor provides objective services to all parties involved. Will rip you off and steal your money and not resolve matters to a satisfactory completion. Like previous reviews stated, run, run, run far away! Look for any other notary if you seek trustworthy service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Kate is great to work with. She's efficient and organized. She's very professional and serious. My only comment is Kate can come across lacking some understanding/empathy in certain situations, it's not a bad thing just means you have to stick with the facts and be organized when seeking her services.
