They’re an odd bunch. I submitted a request for a free 20min consultation to understand crypto taxing and their services better, this was my exact email: “Good day, I’m looking to better understand taxing on crypto assets, pros and cons for having them under my personal name vs an incorporation, and your services as crypto-specialized accountants”

They cancelled and answered back with “Your request is of a personal tax planning nature. It is not free. If you dont feel that you should pay, you can crypto tax blog for your answer.”

Very odd way to respond to potential clients. I think it is fair for them to say these questions fall outside of general free 20-min consultations, but then again they do not specify anywhere what qualifies as a general question, and I reached out to them to learn because I don’t know anything. I also didn’t say anywhere that I don’t want to pay, or do they expect customers to pay first without understanding anything? From other reviews it seems they do know their stuff but their customer acquisition needs work. Too much negative assumption on their part. If you reach out, I recommend you include that you are willing to pay if they are willing to explain how they can help you. You might get a better response. If not, plenty of other help around, and “blogs” as they said lol.
