I have gotten 3 USA waver with Julie for. Each time they extend the entry time. She is absolutely an amazing person and she gets everything done for you. Dealing with her is a walk in the park. I am a very unorganized person, but she followed up on each and every step. Very highly recommend, I won't even think about going to a different place because her service is unmatched.

This is the same company that took my money but never got the service I paid for. Would never recommend this company ever. Paid over 1.000$ and to be scam tried to email them and never go reply back. I got a comment from the lady who runs this, and we exchanged messages, and she said they had no records of my name. But I have proof that the transaction just shows anyone can make these companies and no follow through something someone paid for. Be careful dealing with a pardon as they give you a certain time, and if you don't do it in that time, you're out a lot of money.

I would have to give my experience here a solid 10/10.
From the first phone call to inquire about their services Julie was very patient and accommodating with all my questions, and was very open to scheduling a same day appointment. She took the time to walk me through all the process of getting a waiver and a pardon. They are not all about the money they really are there to help make the process as smooth as possible.
I could not ask for more detailed instructions on where to go , what to fill out , what every step would cost and they did everything they could possible do along the way to make sure I saved as much money as possible.
I have to also give a big shout out to Oriah who was very diligent and professional in following up and ensuring I got all my tasks done in a timely manner.
10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for US entry Waiver or Canada Pardon services .

Julie was able to accomplish in a few short days what I could not accomplish on my own. A little persistence on my part and her knowledge of border services I was able to travel to Florida after i had been declined entry into the USA. Yes u can save money by doing this yourself but it can take years. Her letter and information had me in the US in 2 months.
With all the places that are out to scam you and make you do all the work Julie is 100% the real deal. She has an amazing passion for her work.

So after close to 5 years and over $7000 dollars later with a different company that was a scam, i found this company. Julie and Gary are so amazing they got me a 1 year waiver and a 5 year waiver the next year! They are very professional and get back to you right away, which you know if youve ever dealt with some of those other companies is a huge deal!
