My wife and I used Mr. Nadon for our home purchase and he was great to work with. He was informative and friendly, but I can only give one star because his receptionist was absolutely horrible to deal with, every single time I phoned. She was extremely rude and standoffish on the phone, she acts like a gate keeper to keep clients away from the paralegals and lawyers in the office.

Marc Nadon is pleasant to deal with and professional; however, the receptionist is extremely rude (as others have stated). Everytime I called to inquire about my "file" (she gave me attitude because I said "case number" instead of "file number", lol) she was snarky and displayed a disgusting attitude. As somebody who works in a professional office environment, this is appalling behaviour - she should be ashamed, and she should NOT be dealing with clients. I also want to add that they were dragging their feet with the receiving of my money, however i'm not sure who's to blame for that. To sum it up: Marc is a good lawyer, but whoever is in charge of reception is terrible.
