They're good and clearly better lawyer than many in Chatham area. I had bad experience with few real estate lawyers prior to Hinnegan. They helped my family's grandma estate real quick. However they're somewhat not modern in term of overall experience. It is just me. But I would hire if I am rush or need straightforward service.

There were some very frustrating missteps along the way with the process dealing with Hinnegan law and the legal assistants that made for a bad experience. There was a serious Iack of communication from them in regards to what was required for the finalizing of the purchase of our home. They also put us in a panic when they told us they did not have some required documentation from our bank a few days before closing, when in fact they did recieve it, which tells me there was disorganization on the part of the assistant. Furthermore, months after the closing of our house, we recieved a very rude email from them telling us we didn't send required documentation to the city, when in fact we came to find out they made the error in not sending it. No apology at all, which was the worst part of the experience.
Overall, not very happy with our experience and would not recommend using Hinnegan law services.
