I started off with a pleasant experience, dealing with Sam, and discovered that she defrauded me with false information. When I asked to speak to a manager to forward my recorded conversation with her wherein she provided false information in order to receive payment from me, I was told that there was no manager in office. I was then told there is no knowledge of when a manager would return to the office. Then they stopped answering my phone calls. Please be advised, their business practices are unprofessional, and you may be lied to in order for them to recover a debt. Thank you and despite all of that have a blessed day!

***Edit: after many efforts, they have since corrected it. However their customer service and policies could be improved.

Hi, I was told my debt would not be reported to the credit bureau as long as I made payment arrangements and settled the debt before the end of November with no missed payments. Sam lied to me. Turns out it had already been reported several days before the conversation took place. When I tried to speak to a manager the woman who answered the phone laughed at me. These people are malicious and prey on struggling families. Better off saving your money and paying down your debt when you can, not being tricked into giving your last food money for your kids .

I can’t tell if theyve called or even tried to contact me. I found out I owed the money because I checked what was affecting my credit not because I have any messages from them on my voicemail, email, or postage. I’ve even emailed them asking them to contact me there to make payment arrangements. Pretty unprofessional and I have proof I have no voicemails over the last year; I heard if they keep it up I don’t have to pay them. No contact for four years means I don’t have to pay them and they forfeit their right so. Guess they better contact me

I'm the one actually paying these guys....all I have to say is wow!!!! I'm dealing with sam and she is absolutely amazing and understanding. Obviously owing money is a very embarrassing situation but sam took the time to listen and helped me feel like it was ok. 🙂
