Not Able to Serve and un successful to get paperwork to Court House. Not an easy person to get a hold of. If money is an issue I would pay just " to help to motivate him to get the job done".
Why do you ignore polite messages ? And Prioritize other clients

Daryl has been one of the least professional people I’ve dealt with in any field. We hired him for a simple job which he did not complete. Communication was terrible - he might answer once every 10-20 calls/emails, and usually with an excuse as to why he hasn’t done what he was hired to do. The issues we hired him for was time sensitive, yet he had no idea when the deadline was leading up to it, causing us to miss the court date and deal with far greater headaches than if he was on top of things. I would highly discourage anyone from considering hiring him.

Darryl was great to deal with and got the job done. I figured it would be a difficult task as the client lives between armstrong and enderby and have a gated property. He assured me he would get it done. He had to try several times to find them home. All at an affordable cost can’t recommend enough!

I used JDR (Daryl Riva) investigation service for an upcoming court case. It was a very important time sensitive matter. I pre paid for 10 hours of service. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I had to constantly ask for updates, initiate all communication. There was no communication unless initiated by me. I was promised information, even given time frames on when it would arrive. This dragged on right up til the court date, and than the tune changed, and I received nothing. The few bits of information I received were either public knowledge, or common sense. I was even told on multiple occasions leading up to the trial, that Daryl would be in contact directly with my lawyer. That never happened. I eventually asked for a detailed copy of my invoice, the record of the 10hrs, and how my money was spent, not only did I never receive that, I never heard from Daryl again. He may be a great process server, but highly recommend staying away from his investigation service.
