Absoultely outstanding services company. Thursday night time around 21:00 apply a company. Very clean and user friendly online application. Surprisingly I received email from this company on friday 09:XX in the morning with further instruction for me, which means this is not only a notice email. In fact, they have already handling my order and let me know what I missed.

Because of I have some confuse issue in my personal issue. I tried to give a call to this company and check it first before I reply their email. Wow.....I just wait around 2 mins, they picked up my call (u know almost everytime we have to keep waiting and waiting in phone for many many minutes before others compaies to answer u or keep non-stop to pressing number again and again but finally we can only leave message to wait them have time to call us back, or even at last we failed to reach anyone or failed to leave message.......no matter is large company, worldwide company or even government..). The lady, i guess her name should be Ravneet (BC office). She shows 100% professional, polite, nice and helpful to me. Explained very detail and provide extra solution for me to solve my issue. After the convercation with he in phone, i sent email with needed supporting documents to her. Within 30 mins, she replied me and ask me to confirm everything in a detail but simple list email. At last around same day lunch time, my company successfully open.

Million thanks for the great service. To be honest, I had uncountable numbers hard time from most other Canada companies. This time this company is awesome. Please keep this up and treassure your valueable staffs. Wish you company get more business, earn more and keep the professional and outstanding services.

Meant to do this a while ago. I was signing up for a business account but during the process I quickly realized they were not understanding what I wanted. They kept telling me to make a payroll and other things on my CRA account which were not something I needed.

Ended up being out 300 dollars as they completely ghosted me.
