Inquired about services and sent information via email. Was told by receptionist that she would get a call back next day. No call back by end of day so I called and inquired with a long hold with no considerations. The receptionist was not clear on what they needed and was not helpful when asking for clarifcation. She then hung the phone up on me. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional and rude business.

My friend needed a Notary, but none of the notaries in the area were willing to help her sign the documents. One of the notaries recommended GMS. We went to the office and was greeted right away by a friendly receptionist. We explained our situation, she went and spoke to Ghulam. He was able to see us right away. He was very helpful through the whole process and filed the documents for us. GMS was also very helpful on follow up, until the final documents were complete. Highly recommend!
