Decided to do my own taxes this year (2020 taxes) and upon reviewing my 2019 taxes (done by Nicole Cahoon's offices) they missed inputting my first 60 days of 2020 so I needed to refile my 2019 taxes through them. One would logically think that if they missed/forget to include the RRSP contribution I shouldn't have to pay for a refiling, especially if I provided them all the documentation. I was given a run around about how they do a 3-step check on every file to ensure nothing was missed and how they scan every document. Unfortunately things can still get missed, and they did in my case whether it's a 3 step check or 10 step check.

Long-story-short they were giving me an excuse of how perfect they are and how it doesn't matter if it was missed or not; I need to pay for their time. Unfortunately my time doesn't get reimbursed for trying to refile a mistake I didn't make.
