I called the office to file my parents return but the lady who accepted the call was unprofessional and didnt even know the price of services they are offering. She said she is not awre of what their charges is for personal return. Really unprofessional staff!

Horrible literally horrible service.
Very eager in collecting payments from clients but so lame in work ethics.
Never answers calls, does not do taxes on time, does not answer to messages. Just find someone else to do your taxes and work. Dina is the worst consultant I’ve seen in this business. I paid her but I’m now getting my taxes done through someone else because of the lack of response from her end. She even sees your messages you send her but just does not care enough to respond. I even asked her to at least tell me if she’s doing my taxes but nope. And this is after 1 month of continuously trying to reach her. Awful!! Not making this mistake ever again.

I would rate it 0 stars if Google allowed me to. Dina never seems to pick up my call. I regret paying my money to her. She is always in a rush and is extremely arrogant. When you speak with her for the first time, she will be very nice but once she gets your money, she will make you run for your money. Her follow-ups are pathetic. Unless you email/call her (which she will most certainly not reply to for over 2-3 days), she will not update you or notify you of any documents she needs. She will also not provide any guidance on how you could save your taxes either. Her rates are too high for the kind of services she provides. I would recommend using a free tax software than getting your taxes filed from her.

Dina is the most incompetent and unprofessional person I’ve met in my life. She will only pick up your first call and then stop responding to any other calls you make once the money has been transferred to her. If you’re a student, she charges you 25$ and if you’re a working professional, your rate would be over $35. For that price, find yourself a better person who will genuinely help you file your taxes on time and will “work with you” to make sure it’s filed on time.

Also, did I forget to mention that she’s super rude? If you ask her why she hasn’t done something or responded to your call, she will speak with you rudely! So yeah! Do yourself a favor and go to another tax accounting firm. Because with the way she handles her clients, I’m pretty sure she would have no clients in the future and her business will shut down soon.

This Company is fraud!!
They will take your money and will stop answering if you have any Inquires.
I tried calling Dena several times when I wanted to file my taxes through her, but she never answered any of my call or email.
They will make you feel helpless and leave you hanging!

Mr.Mann is very experienced accountant . He allocates lot of time for his clients and I have never seen him in rush while working with his clients. I am glad to have Mr.Mann as my accountant. Highly recommendable!
