I was recommended Monika through one of my close family friends. I was in a very tight time crunch to create a separation agreement for myself and my ex partner - the agreement was necessary to finalize the sale of our house. Monika worked very hard, and at all hours of the day to finish the agreement. I found myself in a very difficult life situation that required the help of a lawyer. In the opinion of my many friends, the best would be Mrs. Monika Curyk, who is distinguished by high professionalism. I went to her office. Where I was very warmly welcomed. The case of my divorce and the division of property went extremely smoothly and in addition in a relatively short time because I expected several years of court battles. This woman is a crook. I paid $600 to have a marriage contract drawn up for me and my wife from another lawyer. My wife had to receive independent legal advice (ILA) to have the contract be legally binding. I mistakenly sent my wife Monika's website in the group of sites I sent her to look into. HUGE MISTAKE! Monika took $220 from her just to meet her. She didn't review the document with her or give her any notes on it. Monika simply slandered the document and implanted doubt in the document to my wife even though me and her went over the entire document together and agreed on every point and the spirit of the document. We did this to avoid having to pay lawyers to go through the costly back and forth. Monika is a scheister who was trying to get my wife to sign a contract to charge her $375/hr to BEGIN doing work on the agreement. I would steer clear of this crook if I were you.

Monika Curyk is beyond an exceptional lawyer, but furthermore is one of the most altruistic human beings that I have known. Her professionalism, 100% devotion and intercommunication skills with me as a client, is beyond impressive. She is direct, precise and to the point on all requirements at hand, to be able to represent you in the most efficient manner in terms of time and money, as to obtain the best outcome possible for you as a client. I have known Monika for 8 years, first she represented me in my out of court divorce settlement involving my legal separation with my ex-husband, with a very fair outcome. Unfortunately, he broke the terms of our separation agreement, ran from the Family Responsibility Office, and to add insult to injury served me court papers while I was living overseas due to my ageing parents needing me there. He did this knowing or believing that by default I would not be able to make the court appearances and the legal agreement would be void. Only a lawyer of the caliber of Monika’s profound dedication to her clients and compassionate being, agreed to take me on as a client and represented me from overseas setting up court audio appearances and working with me. No other lawyer would have done this, this is the kind of lawyer-client trust she has an innate ability to build. A whole year went by and if I didn’t fly into Toronto, my case would have gone to the trial stage. Trust Monika’s professional judgement, she will always have your best interest at heart. She arranged an intermediary third lawyer to reach a fair settlement. What she calculated might take 5 days, took one long, grueling day but we reached a beyond fair settlement and saved me 4 days in extra legal fees. Monika literally, gave me my life back, when my ex-husband was willing to leave me with nothing. I now as a single woman in her early fifties have been able to rebuild my life, to the point that I am currently in the process to hire her to execute my Will in the Canadian courts. Because of Monika, I now actually have something to leave to my loved ones, instead of being left out in the cold. Monika, words could never express how profoundly grateful I feel as a client, to have come across a lawyer who embodies everything exemplary not only as a lawyer, but as a kind and caring individual.
