Mr. Francois Kasenda is an amazing lawyer! He is very nice and very professional! He helped me with my family law matter and never judged me! He wants the best for his clients and will fight for you. You can trust this lawyer as he is very intelligent and knows the ins and outs of family law!

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!! He needs to be reported to the law society and disbarred. He is extremely unprofessional and does not know the law of Ontario. He is extremely prejudice and does not have the best interest of his clients in mind. He only cares about scamming for money by dressing the part of a lawyer and being unable to perform in court or even know the proper names of his clients children because he has no clue what he is doing.
If you want to keep your lively hood and children stay away from this scam. Unfortunately I cannot give a 0 rating. To the other 1 star reviewers make sure you report him to the law society!!!

I can write a book about this failure in ability. First understand the courts are reasonably fair without representation. English is a third language here and his comprehension is miserable. He failed to warn me. He knows how to file at best, however even then mistakes. He lied to me on a few accounts and failed to present reasons, always dodging. Wasted emails and circling concepts. He did not defend my integrity, he allowed for a Respondent to lead the show, losing 5x straight until his last mistake of not giving me notice of papers served to me. He offered no advice, no council and oftentimes misrepresented me. He did not show grit whatsoever. He played the lawyer, dressed well. If u want to win against a vicious opponent, do NOT hire this guy. He has basic knowledge, however none in preparation or research. Simply he did not put effort. If u have basic reading skills, represent urself. I just lost my house, my kids and all my money bc he let the river flow. Sad. Do not put trust here.

François Kasenda Kabemba, is almost the worst person I have ever had to deal with. The man does not know what laws are, he does not understand people's rights. When he is wrong, he won't acknowledge he is wrong but he will yell and hang up the phone (and never follow up his empty threats)......Because he is wrong! Keep threatening me Mr. Kebemba, keep emailing too......
