Without an appointment, I stopped by the office to get a document notarized. A gracious lady responded to my knock, ushered me inside and heard my request.

Mr. Crate came, and performed the needed paperwork. When I asked, "What do I owe?," he declined payment. Great man! Great experience!! Great office!!

My husband and I worked with Carolyn at the Keswick office when we were buying our first house a few months back. They took care of more than I could have imagined. Our closing date was on a Friday which family warned me was a hard day to close a deal and that we probably wouldn't get the keys until 5PM. We got the keys at 9AM! It turns out Carolyn went to the office early to try and get everything together faster for us. To me, that showed how caring she was about her clients. Thank you for so much for making such an exciting time in our lives even more enjoyable! I highly recommend this office. Very professional.

Avoid Avoid Avoid..Used this guy to probate my Mother's will, signed all necessary documents and there it sat on his desk for 7 months. The office never reached out to inform us that that it was never filed.
Lazy,unprofessional or disorganized. Call it what you will, but when we went to get our paper work back we were handed a bill for the privilege of having this guy waste 7 months of our time .

I contacted them about doing a will. The assistant met me at the door and set a telephone appointment up with a lawyer. (Can't enter as covid protocol). At some later date I will go in to sign. Pretty good for a quick first contact I thought.
