I am very saddened and dissapointed by the response I received from the lawyers at Karry + Labba today in Kingsville. It states on their website that they provide mediation services for family law issues. I was asked what I wanted a consult for so I said to look into mediation for a separation im going through and do not want to expose my children to a long drawn out court process.

The receptionist was very kind in trying to get information to me , however, the lawyer told her to advise that they do not deal with family law issues and will not schedule an appointment to provide me eith mediation services....with no explanation as to why after hearing my story. They made me feel as though my situation was not important and lied to me about the services they offered when it is clearly stated on their website that they specialize in family law and mediation. Very unprofessional and rude.
