Made. They knew our situation was critical and incredibly time sensitive and said they would be able to help us. I called with a questions about the process and the front desk person didn’t have the
Answer for me. She expressed the lawyer was just in a meeting and would get the answer and call me back. That never happened. Then when I went in the following business day with our filled out package they proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t be able to schedule us any time soon, “they had so idea when they’d be able to fit us in” and their response to not calling me back is that they got too busy and didn’t have a chance to get the answer. So why not call me back and tell me that? It was made very clear that we had days to get papers signed. If they couldn’t accommodate we would have understood. But instead they were too busy to call us back or book us an appointment.
I left there in tears and ended up in another office in town that was more than happy to fit us into their full schedule.
