If there was an option of no star that that would be my choice. Mr Furlong had no compassion no empathy . He at some points laughed at the terrible circumstances of my sisters death . He ended getting up from the table before I was finished
Please please never use this over the hill out of tune with life lawyer
Also the clerk was rude and unprofessional
I truly can’t believe the positive reviews where of real clients , they must be fake . No one in there right mind would chose this firm
Unfortunately my sister chose them because they where close to her home

Worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. You can find a much more competent lawyer at a lower price point. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Richard Furlong has been a nightmare to work with. Despite his inability to use a computer, he was very rude and unprofessional the entire time.

He made multiple mistakes when making our Wills, include getting my name and my beneficiaries name wrong twice.. despite spelling it out for him multiple times. This is extremely concerning even his entire job is to get things right.

To top it off, we were given a bill upfront, and after he concluded his work, we were slapped without another bill that was double the original. This was not mentioned to us at all, and the money with taken from our accounts without authorization.

Terrible customer service!! Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this law firm. What they don't seem to understand is that there are many other real estate law firms you can go to for your standard home closings etc. it's a very competitive industry. They show complete disregard and disrespect for customers and don't seem to value them.

In my experience, they did not contact me to setup an appointment for my home closing. I had to reach out to THEM to set it up as the closing approached. Then they made mistakes in the paperwork which they tried to blame on the mortgage broker - but after looking into it it was definitely the law firm's fault.

These things wouldn't even bother me normally. What bothered me is that when these issues were brought up to them they completely disregarded what I said, did not accept any fault, nor issue an apology. I have received better customer service at McDonalds.

I used them for closing one home and purchasing another. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the process feel very easy. I had a closing of 2 weeks and everything went smooth.

They have a terrible attitude. Customer service is bed. They made a mistake on my som's mortgage which cost him a lot of money and refuse to take reponsibility!

I just called the office - and I can not believe how unhelpful and rude the person was on the phone - they no longer handle separation understood.....but helping a person out can bring other business to you - you handled my last house sale and purchase - but not this time as I also am moving and would have kept FFurlong as my attorney for the sale of current house and purchase of new one - but not going to happen - there are lots of lawyers out there - SERVICE IS KEY
