BUYERS BEWARE
I would like to share my experience dealing with Trevor. We are buyers of a property he listed. He does not communicate back with other agents when he knows his sellers are in the wrong. We closed a property and walked in to a MESS. The home was supposed to be in a broom sweep clean finish but it was not. There was GARBAGE everywhere (shed, garage, small "debris" on floors throughout the house). The listing said certain items where included, day of closing we go to the house and discover the sellers took that equipment, I guess I have to thank them for leaving us their garbage in the shed. We lost over $3000 just on certain repairs even though the listing indicated certain equipment had to be in proper working order, plus the fees to have a company collect all the garbage his sellers left behind. Our agent reached out and he didn't respond. Fast forward to discovering a couple months after living in the home our railing was not attached to the wall!!!! I have 2 young children who could have fallen from the second floor down. The sellers knew the railing wasn't secured to the wall properly because they used clear silicone as a temporary fix! No contract would secure a railing with silicone as that would be a huge liability!

I would NEVER purchase another home if Trevor or his team where the listing agent.

We were going to take the case to court but the amount of money it would have taken to proceed was something we didn't have.
