I found Daisy through a random search on Google and am delighted that I found her! My granddaughter and I were being sued in Small Claims Court by a former landlord and we were seeking advice for the upcoming settlement conference where we would be self-represented. I had a 1 hour Zoom call with Daisy and the information she provided was extremely helpful and explained in a manner I could easily understand. We have now had the settlement conference and the judge, although unable to throw the case out, indicated that the three main elements of our defence, which Daisy substantiated, would be difficult for the plaintiff to overcome at a subsequent trial. Without Daisy's advice we would not be in the strong position that we now find ourselves. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending her services.
