I'm finally almost finished with probation I got extremely lucky each time during my sentencing mainly because I got the best lawyer in the world. What matters to me the most in my life are my three children our home health and freedom, Mr. Allegra always believed in me when not even one other single person in the world did. I honestly can't even thank him and his firm enough they have done so much to help me plead my case to the court so that therefor I wouldn't have to go to jail instead, I was able to have my side of the facts said and filed so that I could be home with my children. I felt like the entire world was up against me but only Mr. Allegra knew how to help me by representing me in court and I thank god that he did, but for the sake of my children and my truths. I feel like if I had had any other lawyer I wouldn't have been heard or even cared about, with Mr. Allegra I always felt safe and I always knew that I could trust him and rely on him and the Allegra law firm. DO NOT GO HERE. This is an EXTREMELY unprofessional and unethical law firm. Russell and his wife are money hungry and would HIGHLY recommend staying away from them. My family went through a stressful ordeal where we were deciding between firms and instead of discussing price at the start of the engagement, Russell kept putting off pricing conversations after MULTIPLE emails asking for pricing to ensure we could afford his services. The FIRST thing you do is confirm pricing and his response was "let me check with my wife".

We ended up wanting to go to someone else but instead Russell and his wife sent us an invoice of "work done" and DEMANDED payment. We kindly informed him that we had no work done and in fact paid a different lawyer to actually complete the work. There was ZERO communication on pricing and discussing what we would receive, and once they found out we went a different direction they tried finding ways to charge us. Their firm repeatedly sent demand letters, not acknowledging that no work truly been done but that payment was demanded or else further legal action was to be made.

My family has worked with multiple law firms and this is by far the worst in any way possible. Please stay away from this establishment for your own good, there are countless other professional lawyers that can help you, Allegra Law is not one of them. Embarrassing, disgusting behaviour from an "attorney".
