That being said if I were to sum up what makes me continue business with them it would be, a lot of real estate transactions are handled professionally in a 'quantity' importance over quality, I do not think that this is not a successful and busy firm and I expect it to grow RAPIDLY. But it doesn't seem like they are ever too busy for you. Sometimes you never need to speak to a lawyer throughout the transaction. I had 3 separate legal questions (not for clerk) in 1 week for the same deal. My calls were returned within an hour, (By Vic each time) and I was not easy to reach.
