Yesterday was my second visit for one wisdom tooth and one decay tooth removal at Charles Street Dental.

Dr Zosia and her assistant were brilliant. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. During my first visit Dr. Zosia took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed.

Initially I was stressed but during all my surgery she gave me ample time to relax as I felt restless by opening my mouth for a longer period of time.She encouraged me and counsell me all the time, which was very helpful in such a tough time.

After surgery I was worried about swelling and pain but I am having no swelling and very mild pain which I am sure will go in a day or two.

She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. The clinic was very hygiene with all over smiling faces and positive vibes.

I am very grateful and thankful to Charles Street Dental for such a great and professional service.

After a bad motorcycle accident my two front teeth were chipped pretty bad. They were gone. This effected my confidence when talking to others. The team really helped me get my confidence back and oh do I look so much more Handsome! They were more then nice and helped me out.

Fantastic experience at every point!

First time patient, and was nervous about not having dental work in quite awhile. Staff were warm, welcoming and kind. I felt very safe given the current 'situation', and the office was very clean and well maintained. Each step of the appointment was explained to me in detail and great care was taken. Direct billing was very helpful as well! I'm looking forward to my next appointment with them (actually!)

Went there to get a filling done and experienced nothing but pain ever since. Went back a few weeks later complaining so they adjusted my bite and sent me home. Went and got a second opinion at a new dentist after the pain continued and found that the dentist at Charles St. had left a hole in my tooth and didn’t fill the filling all the way. Attempted to fix the filling at the new dentist but by then it was too late and the damage had already been done. My nerve had been traumatized to the point that it was unable to recover and now I need a $2000+ root canal surgery that I have to pay for out of pocket or else I have to lose the tooth completely. Charles Street should be held responsible for the cost of this root canal procedure.

Would not recommend.
