I am using Real Estate Lawyers for my Selling and Purchasing and its been so easy and the lawyers are so down to earth. But wasnt keen on the lack of communication, I was informed by the seller that she had the keys so I moved in right away, End of the day I get a email that the seller was in the park and had the keys, Imagine if I waited for that email for the keys when I was paying movers hourly I wouldnt have been happy.

They handled everything that needed handling, and were very upfront about the process. They responded quickly to emails, and were available on the Sunday long weekend just before our closing, which was very helpful.
We needed to make a few changes throughout the process, and they were very quick at helping us with them.

The review was solicited as part of a discount, but they did not have any input into the review, and were not informed of the content.

Great service. The team is attentive to details, responsive and the mobile signature service is a great convenience. Glenn was punctual, flexible, charismatic and explained all the paper work right on our living room... at 9PM on a Friday (due to our busy schedule that day). Excellent company would certainly do business with them again!

Great company to do business with. With a mobile signing, it is a very convenient way to complete a real estate transaction. I used them for selling my home and they were great. My only negative comment would be that the emails they send have very long prepopulated subjects with your file information instead of highlighting what the email is actually about. This makes it difficult when trying to refer back for information when there are multiple emails.

Being a first time home buyer in Canada, I was really concerned about the closing process and all the legal aspects involved. I contacted RealEstateLawyers to represent me during the closing and it was a breeze post that point. The team was highly professional and responsive in answering all my queries. Proactively, they engaged with the builder's lawyer to prepare all documentation, conducted their due diligence and took all the stress out of the process. Their service also involved e-signing following the covid safety protocols. I am highly impressed with the service and would highly recommend them. The rates are also very competitive and even better than most lawyers out there.

So far so good. They've been extremely polite and responsive every time I've had to call or contact them. The process to hiring them and providing documentation is quick and easy. The only downside is that I've had to follow up a few times with phone calls. Overall, would definitely recommend.
