Daniel is a compassionate and intelligent legal professional that spends time listening to your situation and recommends the right path, specific to your outcome. I believe another review stated that he is unprofessional as he doesn’t answer calls and/or emails on time, however my experience with him has been great. Most legal professionals are not your personal assistants and they run a tight schedule while handling multiple cases, therefore taking some time to respond to your requests/inquiries; this is normal. Daniel has always responded back in a reasonable manner and has been very professional while speaking about my case with me.

My wife hired him for our condominium issues and we have a big disapointement. We would not hired him if he was not refered by Kimberly Covey, his coleague. He gaves an empty promises, he is always late and never prepared. Evidence that was given to him 3 weekes earlier was submited at 11pm, just one hour before a due time. His fees are way to high. He actauly gave us a quote a day before a settlement conference, which we could not escape, and had to pay. At the settlement conference he was not prepared, as he did not know to answer to judge questions, which means he even did not look at evidence. He called 4 minutes before settlement conference to disucc the case...?! He charged 678 dollars for what, just for appearence?

I've been avoiding writing this review because I have a difficult time being critical, but Daniel Greanya is so unprofessional and unreliable that I feel the need to warn others off of him.

He took at least two days to reply to any given email, never answered his phone, and once left us hanging for three weeks. Despite having more than a month to turn in evidence to the LTB, he waited until the day before the deadline and then disappeared on the day of the deadline, forcing us to turn in evidence ourselves. He made a deal with the opposing representation without confirming with us and wouldn't give us any of the documentation relating to the deal until one very angry phone call later.

The only reason I'm giving him 2 stars is because he ultimately did show up to the LTB hearing and do his job. But whatever peace of mind we were hoping to find was notably absent.

To top it off, we never received an invoice. His colleague kept the full retainer and Daniel did nothing to remedy it.
