We had such an amazing experience with The Legal Boutique. From start to finish Rebecca made it extremely easy in these tough times to navigate through everything in a timely manner, and with compassion and kindness. She is very affordable compared to other mediators we contacted. I highly recommend Rebecca is the mediation process as she is punctual, easy to get a hold of and just easy to talk to overall. I really enjoyed working with the staff at the Legal Boutique. I was highly sceptical that I would be pushed into paying unwanted costs for services I did not need. However, I was able to voice this and from thereon in, Sabriah (who we worked with), listened to me and moved forward in the direction I requested. She was highly informative, very kind and respectful and very efficient. She made sure I always knew what was happening. She was very accommodating using online methods for signage and we never had to meet in person which, for busy people is very appreciated.

I initially chose this place because of the abundance of good reviews it had here on google.

However after going through the process with them I can't help but think that the reviews must have been solicited in some way. All seemed to be going well at the beginning but once they receive their payment that's when it went down hill.

I did numerous follow-ups with them after the divorce was filed with the court and tried to understand why things were still pending almost a year after filing all the documents. They didn't seem to care much about it (follow-ups were just generic) so I decided to take matter into my own hands and contacted the court directly to request a rush (something the Legal Boutique team had not done). The court responded to my rush request and two weeks after getting in touch with them they sent my divorce order. To think that all of this could have been initiated by the Legal Boutique team is somewhat frustrating.

All in all my personal recommendation is to seek another team.

I wanted to take this time to express my deepest gratitude and thanks to Rebecca and her team for outstanding work they provided during one of the most difficult times of my life. From outset Rebecca made it very clear that this was not going to be easy for my ex and I to navigate, unpacking years together, working through multiple real estate investments, supporting our dear children and trying to be kind and supportive throughout a deeply emotional time. She also made it very clear that she would be beside us to the very end, bringing an acceptable and meaningful resolution that we both could live with and each time I felt like I hit a wall and wanted to bring costly lawyers into the equation, she assured myself and my suppose that our feelings were normal, acceptable, and to be expected. Rebecca, you are a true professional through and through and saved us from a very costly drawn out legal battle that would have resulted in us losing a great deal of money in the end.

I usually never leave reviews for businesses that I have had dealings with but this deserves to be the exception. After a long, drawn-out mediation session with another mediator, they threw up their hands in despair and quit. My ex was impossible to deal with and refused to stop sending over 350 harassing emails to both myself and that mediator. After that episode, I asked my ex to pick out a mediator that she felt she could work with and she chose Rebecca at the Legal Boutique.

Rebecca was straight forward and would not accept any nonsense from either side. As difficult as my ex was to work with, Rebecca pressed on and put many hours into working with both sides to reach a conclusion. In the end, both parties walked away with an agreement that met our expectations. We both consulted with independent legal advisors who were happy to sign off on the separation agreement without any major amendments.

I highly recommend Rebecca and her highly professional staff at the Legal Boutique for any of your mediation needs. However, I truly believe she deserves a nice long vacation after dealing with our separation agreement.

My only complaint is that Google does not provide six stars for a review. Years ago, I approached Rebecca and her team to complete my final divorce documentation. The level of customer service, dedication, and willingness to help was well above board. I am fortunate enough to have found another who will hopefully agree to become my wife. In order to do so I required a divorce certificate. Rebecca, once again stepped up and flawlessly, executed the request and I received my certificate in the mail no more than four weeks later. I would recommend anybody out there who is going through a separation or divorce, who requires assistance to contact Rebecca and her team to assist in the process. It’s good to know that you have the assistance on the backend when you need it. Cheers Rebecca, and thank you again for everything that you have done for me over the past few years!!!!!!
