Went to get help with paperwork. legal “professional” did it all wrong, got told by landlord tenant I would have been better off filling it out on my own

no professionals at this office, all people who don’t know what they are doing. Beware and do your own paperwork!!!!!!

I rated it a 3 because the response time I find to be quite bad. I called and left a message but nobody got back to me in 5 days as the voicemail said it would take up to 5 days for a return call. I had to call another time after that and then I was called right away. The representative was great and very helpful. It would help a lot better however if they hired more people so questions can be answered right away or even in person. Waiting over a week is a bit much for a response

This place sucks. They have no customer service. They rush you and only want to do the bare minimum.

They DO NOT cater to the black community at all! There needs to be more black representation here.

Good luck getting proper service if the color of your skin is not white.

The lady told me she couldn't Notarize my forms because she is not Jamaican, which made no absolute sense.

I would NEVER recommend anyone go here.

This place is just tax dollars going to waste!

Didn't provide me with any assistance to help me with my situation with my landlord. Not at all kind to the people who seek for help during a desperate situation. I genuinely felt like I was talking to a wall. What's the point of this service to empower people and helping them fight for their rights in a new country.
Human robots exist here. Thank you Siri/Alexa for educating me on my rights that I had already read online before coming into your office. Thank you for absolutely nothing!!!!!! You have left me feeling helpless for not having enough money to afford a lawyer.

Super helpful and responsive staff. They work on a financial needs basis but will still provide some advice if you don’t qualify for their full services. They helped out with housing advice and employment advice. What a great service available to the community!

Needed representation, did online intake, waited 5 days for a call back, missed call by a ring. Called back left message again, no call back. Got ahold of some very rude receptionist 3 days later who told me the voice-mail says up to 5 days for a call back so someone will call you back...5 days later someone calls back and tells me sorry we aren't taking any new clients at this time but I can give you a phone consultation. When told that neither the person who left me a message nor the rude receptionist, nor the website nothing mentioned anything about not accepting new cases, the individual says no it doesn't say anywhere that we aren't, why would it? I don't know so people don't waste time waiting? Cool, I waited a month to be told we aren't representing any new clients. Thanks for nothing.

Very unreliable place. They change office hours randomly from week to week. Sometimes, when you go to their office for service, the professional you are looking for won't be there and they don't have when they will be available. Also, it's hard to reach someone over the phone. Honestly not sure why they exist if they can't provide service.
