If I could give Terry and his team 6 out of 5 stars, I would most definitely. Terry is a quickly responsive, informative, and honest accountant who provided me with FREE over-the-phone advice and instructions when registering a business through CRA. He was patient with me (as he understood my limited level of understanding when it comes to registering a business and GST/HST number) and took the time to explain to me the various options available (listed the pros/cons). I am new to the Sarnia area so I called other accountants prior to calling him, and they either never got back to me or wanted me to pay a consultation fee just to ask them a question. Terry and his team provided me with exceptional guidance and were willing to work with me every step of the way. Highly recommend Terry!

Such an unprofessional experience! 3 years in a row, these accountants have misfiled my mothers taxes. 3 times they said that she owed significant amounts of money, and every time she makes sure they redo it, and when they do, surprise, surprise she actually ends up getting a return. Save your money & use any free tax service, at least the free service doesn’t speak to you like your subhuman and can actually put the right values in the clearly numbered boxes when you file. Considering contacting the governing board for accountants to have their licensing reviewed, who knows how many other people they have screwed over because of their incompetence.
