Hired and then subsequently fired this company. Handled my books for a total of no more than a couple weeks and realized that what they had promised to do, was not going to happen. Gave me quoted pricing for Filing year end, then began billing me by the hour for all kinds of random "fixing" of past bookkeeper s "mistakes". I later found out from an accountant that Brilliant Business Solutions was creating GST filings for my business, even though my bank and credit card had not been reconciled, receipts had not been entered and Input Tax Credits were not accounted for. Which obviously would result in incorrect GST returns. but that didn't stop Cindy from creating the filings anyways. A mess of incorrect general journal entries that I'm now paying an accountant to undo.

Called BBS and talked to Sandra. I inquired about incorporating a business along with its advantages and disadvantages. Sandra immediately layed out all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She spent time explaining step by step and not once did i feel this company was rushing or trying to sell me anything.
