One Star because they exists and are highly needed
One Star because the women had a decent attitude.
Honestly barely want to give them two stars.

It took over a year to get a file for an ODSP Appeal sent from Cornwall to Perth. The most recent phone conversation the women in Cornwall litterally did not know how to send files.

This clinic needs to be shipped into shape. People are suffering due to the lack of basic knowledge of the clinic with the staff. Things are taking months that should be done in weeks.

If your staff simply can't figure out how to send a file from one county to another when someone moves - either some new training needs to be implacable asap or someone hired who does have the basic desk work knowledge.

Super helpful staff and lawyers designed to help everyone from all walks of life!! Josee Menard is an incredible advocate and really cares for the people she helps. She is a great asset to the team at the legal clinic:)

Called for assistance and was contacted by a lawyer who was extremly rude, aggressive and totally unhelpful. Made a complaint and that was not even taken seriously! They are suppose to be advocates for the community but are far from it.

Such a wonderful legal clinic . They go to bats for their clients and they don't discriminate or talk down to you. They even offer legal advice for matters you had considered before. One the best legal offices in town
