I didn’t want to come to mediation. I felt uncomfortable taking this step but I’m glad I found Tara and Family First Mediation and Dispute Resolution.

Talking to her really made me feel a little more at ease. The overall situation couldn’t be helped but the experience was a calm approach.

Although my engagement with Tara and the request to attend mediation was not initiated by myself, I felt comfortable and supported from our very first conversation. I found Tara to be an appropriate mix of professional and personable with a very understanding, neutral and solutions focused approach. Tara was patient throughout the process however very swiftly and strategically reigned in conversations when veered off topic.
